Austin Health Coaching is based on the art and science of living well. The foundation is Optimal Health—that feeling of harmony, balance, and joy when we enhance our choices around the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of living. We feel vibrant, have great quality of life indicators and a set of lifestyle habits that make us feel better each day. We aren’t lost in the mindlessness of too much nor restricted by the prohibitions of too little, we aim for the “sweet spot” of the middle way.

This is a comprehensive weight loss program designed by critical-care physicians and leaders in nutritional intervention for healthy quick weight loss. This program has been clinically proven at major teaching universities. The weight loss program is safe, affordable, and has been recommended by more than 20,000 physicians — and it works.

This is not a diet. According to Webster’s Dictionary, a diet is “a selection or a limitation on the amount a person eats for reducing weight”.
