How it works

My belief is that if you choose weight loss, the best way to do it is a way that is simple, safe, and fast. In other words, if you are choosing to lose weight, I want to help you  buckle down, focus, and get it done as quickly as is safe.

The program that I coach my clients through is all of those things.  It was developed by physicians to help clients make simple, healthy behavior changes that allow them to quickly, safely lose weight.  Some of my clients have also eliminated high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol.

My clients don’t pay for my services, they only pay for the food they eat.  The company pays me to coach my clients because they know that having a coach increases the clients’ chances for success exponentially.

I started as a client and used the program myself to lose 32 pounds in 9 weeks.  I was so happy with my experience that I decided to go through the certification program, become a health coach and help others have the results that I’ve had.
