Health Coaching: for a better, happier life

Health coaching can help you find a new and healthier way to live life. Most people want to make more time for themselves—to feel better, to get in shape, to wake up each day excited about what comes next. Making sure your health and wellness needs are taken care of is the cornerstone of a thriving life. Most people want to thrive, and most people are too busy and too stressed to know how or where to start make some space for themselves. Even those who try to carve out some time or energy often fall short. They don’t get the results they want or don’t seem to be able to make real positive change stick for good.

Our focus in health coaching is simple: we help you achieve your health and wellness goals and enhance your quality of life. Together, we choose your goals and we provide the tools and resources, guidance, motivation, support, and accountability so that you achieve your goals.

Step 1: Initial Discovery Consultation

If you would like to learn more, please call to schedule a free Discovery Consultation which generally lasts up to 45 minutes. During this Discovery, we go through a series of questions to learn about your health & wellness needs and desires. We explore whether our approach feels like a good fit for you. If we decide to move forward, we schedule your Balanced Living Blueprint Consultation.

Step 2: Balanced Living Blueprint System™ Consultation

90-minute consult, either in-person or phone

Our Balanced Living Blueprint System™ charts your course for optimal health and wellness. We schedule your consultation and you receive our assessment to complete and return prior to your appointment. During your consultation we review and determine your current state of health and wellness. Most importantly, we complete the elements of our unique Balanced Living Blueprint SystemTM. Together we review your lifestyle factors and see which support your health and wellness goals. We also decide which need to evolve in order for you to achieve your aspirations. Our session ends with a completed unique and personal Blueprint and individualized resources as your “tool kit” along the path of optimal health and wellness.

Step 3: Balanced Living Health Coaching

6 weekly meetings, either in-person or phone

Starting with your unique Balanced Living Blueprint System™ we select those elements you would like to act on for the 6 week intensive. We determine your specific achievable outcomes. Then we map out the step-by-step action items to simply and gently allow you to reach your goals. Our weekly meetings and regular email contact provide the support, guidance, structure, and accountability as you make these changes in your life.
