What does choice look like?  Here’s a snippet from a recent Austin Health Coaching call:

“I did really good for the last 3 days,” she said.  “And last night was date night and we went to this place the makes the best pizza in the world.  So I ate it.  That was bad.”  “Well,” I said, “it sounds like it was good.” “Oh it was tasty, but I felt tired and sluggish afterward.” We talked about why pizza had that effect, how it’s not on program for now, and what other choices for date night are both fun and on program.  Then we moved to the heart of the matter:  what’s “good,” what’s “bad,” and what true choice looks like.
