Just an hour ago I enrolled a new client who is excited to start his journey.  He had lost 30 pounds with a commercial program in the past only to see those pounds return – something that happens to 85% of all of those who lose weight on a “diet program” rather than a “health program” which is what we do.  He called me because he had seen the results several members of his church were getting.  He wanted those results too.  He was especially excited when I emphasized to him that our work together would most definitely get him to his healthy weight, but just as important, we would keep him there. Sometimes losing weight is not easy. This can be for a variety of reasons, but one reason in particular is that you can't figure out a system that works for you. Getting a system and rhythm in place is the best thing for your weight loss goals and here are a few tips that might help. Companies such as Jenny Craig offer additional weight loss program options.   • I will coach you, help you, teach you and support you through this process.
  • I will coach you in a way that helps you maintain high self-esteem – I will never use tactics like shame, guilt or fear.
  • I will be as accessible as you want me to be. Whether you prefer to meet in-person, talk by phone or communicate via email and text messages — I’m here when you need me.
  • I will teach you a formula for success, with proven results and accountability.

Your Commitments

  • Eat frequent, small, balanced meal replacements 5 times a day (every 2-3 hours).
  • Eat 1 meal you’ll prepare yourself. This meal will be a “lean-and-green” meal consisting of a balance of lean protein and green veggies.
